Rest Stop:  Riders are strongly recommended to obtain accommodation in or before Westport (372km) or Newport (384km).  The terrain after this point is isolated, and there will not be accommodation or shops available for some time.

Mandatory: Cycling Ireland Licence, Helmet and good lights. One-day Licence is available for €20.00, this will be added automatically if you do not have a valid Annual Cycling Ireland Licence Number.
