Route Description:

The Banner 600 is a route taking in the best of the scenery of Co. Clare and touching Tipperary, Galway and Limerick. The route takes in the hills and lakes of East Clare, Lough Derg, Limerick City, Quin, Clarecastle, Shannon Estuary, Loop head peninsula, Kilkee, the cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Kinvarra, Black head, Father Ted’s house, Kilmacduagh, Thoor Ballylee or Yeats tower before returning home to Ballinruan.

The roads mainly fair tar and chip except for the gravelly Station Road in Gort and the (optional) 4km stretch of gravelly and grassy green road and of course a couple of hills.
