Route Description:
Route starts at Jim’s house, Rathbourne, Kilkenny.  Head towards Dunbell and on to Dungarvan. Head out of Dungarvan for first climb of the day to top of Coppenagh and then downhill into Graiguenamanagh.  Head through Borris and up the Nine Stones on Mount Leinster (12 kms approx, and mostly uphill). Down to Bunclody, into Kiltealy and back to Borris.  Next are Gowran, Goresbridge and Leighlinbridge. Climb from Old Leighlin to Castlecomer, onto Clogh, to the top of Wolfhill, and down to Spink. Next Durrow, short climb out of here into Freshford and on to top of Spa Hill.  Down to Urlingford and on to New Birmingham, Fethard, Mullinahone, Ballingarry, Tullaroan and into Kilmanagh for the last climb of the day. Back to Kilkenny for finish at Jim’s house.
