The AGM will take place on the evening of November 24th, from 6pm in Nealons of Capel Street. The meeting will take place in the upstairs room. If you would like the chance to shape the direction of audax in Ireland, please join us. If you are interested in standing for election to one of the officerships or to the committee, please contact Eoghan.
There will be drinks afterwards, probably downstairs in Nealon’s but possibly at another nearby pub to be confirmed. All welcome.
We hope to have the SR medals and Flèche certificates for distribution on the evening, but can’t guarantee that yet.
The calendar for the 2013 season is now up on the Calendar page. The classic events of recent years are joined by nine new 200s and 300s, including events in Limerick, Westmeath and Louth. Time to get the diary out and start making plans for next year.
I now have a full complement of forty riders for the Dying Light and cannot take any further entries. I will operate a waiting list for any entries that free up (there are always a few people who can’t make it). If you would like to be wait-listed, send me an entry form but do not send payment. I will let you know what position you are on the list, and keep you posted as places open up. I’d like to thank everyone for their interest in the event, and I hope to make my final Dying Light 200 the best one yet.
