All entries must be made on Eventmaster only.  Cycling Ireland Licence is mandatory.  One-day Licence is available for €10 if required.  This will be charged automatically on Eventmaster if you do not provide a valid current Cycling Ireland Licence Number.

Start Location: Tubbercurry, Co. Sligo

Route Description:

This route within Co Sligo starting from Tubbercurry passes some of the lakes and hills of Sligo and covers parts of The Sligo Way and EV1. (99.9% tar roads).

From Tubbercurry Lough Talt is first up at 15km, then on through the Ox Mountains to Lough Easky at 25km and the Ladies Brea. On the way to Coolaney at 58km you pass the National MTB Park. Strandhill at 83km might be the last place to refuel for a while so have a good look up at Knockrea, Queen Maeve might be watching down on you.  On towards Geevagh and there are fine views of Lough Arrow from Highwood at 122km. The Caves of Kesh Hill at 143km have some history but a visit will be for another day. On to Ballinafad and another view of Lough Arrow before heading to Ballymote. RRTY100 Route Notes: This is a 100km Permanent route based on the Sligo 200. It starts at the Clock on the square in Tubbercurry, same as the 200.
Controls by Photo at Carrowroe 36km and Geevagh monument 61km. There are shops along the route at  Coolaney at 20km, Ballisodare 31km,  Ballintogher at 46km and Ballymote at 84km.
As a Permanent it can be started at any control along the route.
Parking in Tubbercurry at the start and in the Library car park.
For Sligo based riders there’s a car park at Carraroe. 
If travelling by train Ballymote and Collooney are on the route.
