Membership of Audax Ireland is open to all cyclists for an annual subscription of €10. However, as we are affiliated to Cycling Ireland, all members must also take out a Cycling Ireland license – this is necessary to take part in our events in any case, for insurance reasons. Unless you plan to squeeze in some racing along with your audax, a leisure license is all you need. For first-time applicants there is a special introductory rate of €15, for people who have previously held Cycling Ireland membership the standard rate of €25 applies.

The simplest way to join Cycling Ireland is via their website – follow the links from this page and select Audax Ireland as your club at the appropriate point. Assuming your Audax Ireland dues have been received, we will approve your application and you will receive a confirmation email from Cycling Ireland to that effect. Alternatively, if you would prefer that we submit your paperwork to CI for you, fill out the application form and send it in along with a cheque payable to “Cycling Ireland” for your CI dues and we will do the rest.
