Please complete the form in full (including the parental consent section if you are under the age of 18) and return to the event organiser along with the entry fee. Cycling Ireland membership is required for all events but a one-day membership may be purchased at the start line – please write One Day in the section for CI license number on the form. Entry may be available on the line for some events but this creates additional work for the organiser and makes planning the event more difficult so please enter in advance if possible.
